- Maintaining good relationship with clients through exceptional service.

- Maintaining accurate record of all the existing clients’ details.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating with the respective internal team about the client’s requirements in a professional manner.
- Ensuring the on-time delivery of clients’ requirements.
- Should be proficient and up to date with all the social media platforms.
- Should be able to interact, communicate, and present ideas well.
- Must possess a pleasant personality with the skills of client coordination, and meeting at client’s premises when required.
- Must be punctual and willing to work odd hours when needed.
- Experience: Prior experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
